Built for mixed loads
Advanced robotic palletizing handles boxes, bags, pails, and irregular patterns with custom end-of-arm tooling. Automatic pallet magazines and slip-sheet placement keep the cell running without a dedicated operator. These cells are often used in food and beverage automation and other end-of-line packing applications.
We integrate FANUC, ABB, and Yaskawa platforms so the cell stays serviceable for the life of the line. Infeed is often handled with conveyors specified to the same pack and rate.

TOOLING
Grippers built for the pattern
A smaller Kawasaki or FANUC robot can be used as a palletizer with a vacuum or claw gripper. We design the tool around the box, bag, or container so the stack is tight. This system can lift up to 30-80Kg.
